These drawings rely on a simple process:
1. Load a bristle brush with ink and drawing parallel vertical lines until the brush runs dry.
2. Repeat.
There are up to six layers of ink in a variety of dilutions which produce a rich tonal range. Nine Foot Passage is part of a far larger work in progress which, when completed, will be the largest drawing I have ever seen.Larry Hayden resume
